Everything OniseOwo does

OniseOwo lists only proven handwork providers in Lagos: plumbers, electricians, tilers, tailors and more. Each one holds a level earned from checked proof, and your money stays in NaijaMart Trust until each stage of the work is done.

Find a proven provider

Search by trade and area. Only checked providers are listed, and nobody can pay for a place.

  • Typical day rates for every trade

Each trade page shows the typical day rate in Lagos at every level, so you know what is fair before you ask for a quote.

    Everyone
  • Check the badge at your gate

Every provider has a badge with a QR code. Scan it and OniseOwo shows their photo, level and whether they are active right now. A copied or old badge shows as not matching.

OniseOwo Levels

Levels 1 to 5, earned only from proof, and lined up with Nigeria's NSQ and Trade Test and the UK's RQF/NVQ levels.

  • One clear badge

A badge reads, for example, "OniseOwo Level 3 · NSQ 3 / UK Level 3 standard". The level guide explains each level side by side for Nigeria and the UK. It is an OniseOwo standard, not a government certificate.

    Everyone
  • Earned from proof, never bought

Each level needs years since Freedom, proven past jobs, past clients who confirmed, and a certificate or a skills check. New providers start at Level 3 at most and rise from there.

    Providers
  • Skills checks marked by masters

For Levels 2 and 3 a provider films a set task. A Level 5 master in the same trade marks it without seeing who made it. Above Level 3, OniseOwo arranges a field assessment.

    Providers
  • Levels kept up to date every night

Completed jobs and good reviews move a provider up. Rises above Level 3 wait for a Super Admin to confirm them.

    Providers
  • Apprentices on their master's team

Apprentices show as "Level 0 · Apprentice" on their master's team only, so customers know who is learning on the job.

Joining as a provider

Free to join. OniseOwo never asks you for money to apply.

  • Three ways in

Founding masters are invited by OniseOwo, a Level 4 or higher master can introduce up to 5 providers a year, and anyone can apply directly.

    Providers
  • Your proof, confirmed from other people's phones

Name who trained you and where you got your Freedom. Your master and at least 2 past clients confirm from their own phones with a code, and OniseOwo calls back 20% of them.

    Providers
  • Your own work and papers

Upload at least 3 photos of your own work for each trade, your certificates and a guarantor. Your identity is checked once with NIN or BVN.

    Providers
  • Checked by people, decided by a Super Admin

Staff review every file and call-back. A Super Admin accepts you and sets your starting level, or sends it back with the reason so you can fix it.

    Providers
  • Your badge and your public profile

Choose which work photos to show, add a profile photo and print your OniseOwo badge with its QR code for customers to scan.

Open about how it works

The rules and the numbers are public.

  • OniseOwo in numbers

A public page shows how many applications were declined, how many confirmations were called back, copied photos caught, where reviews come from, Promise claims and strikes. Real accounts only.

    Everyone
  • Recommend an artisan you trust

Put forward a provider you have used, up to 3 in 30 days. OniseOwo sends them a personal invitation and tells you when they are accepted. You are never told whether someone is already on OniseOwo.

    Customers
  • Every rule is a setting, with a record

Every number on this page is set by a Super Admin in Rules and rates, and every change records who made it, when and why.

    Staff
  • A staff console that guards customers

Staff see applications with copied photos and failed confirmations first, held money, cancellations to confirm, disputes, Promise claims, strikes, reported reviews and repeated attempts to swap phone numbers early.
