How it works
Proven providers. Money held until the work is done.
For customers
- Find a proven provider. Search by trade and area. Every provider holds an OniseOwo Level, earned from checked proof, and shows the typical day rate for that level.
- Get an itemised quote. Labour, materials, helpers and transport are listed separately, so you can compare fairly. A quote far above the usual range is flagged to you.
- Pay into NaijaMart Trust. Your money is held, not handed over. The provider's phone number and your address are shared once the first stage is paid for.
- Confirm each stage. The provider is paid stage by stage, only when you confirm each stage is done.
For providers
- Apply free. Tell us your trade, who trained you and where. OniseOwo never asks for money to join.
- Show your proof. Your master and past clients confirm from their own phones; you upload photos of your own work and any certificates. OniseOwo calls some of them back.
- Get your level. OniseOwo staff check everything and give you a starting level. It rises as more proof and completed jobs build up.
- Get paid safely. Customers pay into Trust before you start, so the money is there when you finish each stage.
Check who is at your gate
Every OniseOwo provider has a badge with a QR code. Before you open the gate, scan it with your phone camera. It opens a page on oniseowo.naijamart.com showing their photo, their level and whether they are active on OniseOwo right now. If it says anything else, do not pay them.
Questions people ask
How does OniseOwo check providers?
Identity (NIN or BVN), training confirmed by the provider's master, past clients who confirm by phone (OniseOwo calls some back), photos of their own work checked against other profiles, certificates checked by staff, and a guarantor.
What if someone copies a provider's badge?
Each badge has a QR code with a code only OniseOwo can make. Scanning it opens oniseowo.naijamart.com and shows the provider's photo, level and whether they are active right now. A copied or old badge shows as not matching or paused.
Can a provider pay to get a higher level?
No. Levels come only from proof. Nobody can buy a level, a badge or a place in the list.
Can reviews on OniseOwo be faked?
Only the customer of a job paid through NaijaMart Trust can review it. Neither side sees the other's review until both are written, and a review cannot be changed once sent. Providers can answer a review in public, and staff remove reviews only with a written reason.
What are OniseOwo Levels?
Levels 1 to 5 line up with Nigeria's NSQ and Trade Test levels and the UK's RQF/NVQ levels. They are an OniseOwo standard, not a government certificate.
